Scott Nauert - Chief Executive Officer

Scott Nauert leverages 37 years construction, legal representation for new technology and telecommunications experience and has been chiefly responsible for structuring a variety of startup ventures in deregulation of telecommunications and energy. Such startups include construction of fiber routes, microwave routes, deployment of Wi-Fi, plus cable system operations. The bulk of Scott's experience has been in connectivity & communications for hospitality, education and healthcare. The past 7 year have been devoted to energy efficiency, development of energy storage systems, and forensic audit & data tracking of building usage. Scott’s executive posts have involved venture capital, deployment of capital resources, and developing project talent. Scott is currently involved in all aspect of energy efficiency and deregulation of the power industry in medium to large scale microgrid projects with practical, verifiable, best of breed energy solutions. Scott has a BA in Finance from University of San Diego and a Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Jefferson Law School.

Ivan R. Meneses, PE, CEM-- Chief Technology Officer 

Ivan Meneses a service-disabled veteran who proudly served for 22 years in the US Coast Guard and retired as a full Commander. Mr. Meneses holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Facilities and Construction management. During his military career he was assigned as Design Engineer, Construction Manager, Facility Engineer, Energy Manager and Engineering and Logistics Officer at multiple locations throughout the South East and the Caribbean. Mr. Meneses’ professional accomplishments have been recognized by the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers in 2007 and by the Great Minds in STEM awards in 2011 in addition to multiple military awards that include a Meritorious Service Medal, three Coast Guard Commendation Medals and four Coast Guard Achievement medals. Mr. Meneses’ personal certifications include: Professional Engineer state of FL, Certified Energy Manager, Existing Building Commissioning Professional, FL Certified General Contractor, FL Certified Mechanical Contractor License. Ivan Meneses has been involved in multiple energy savings performance contracts (ESPC) in the government and commercial sector. His innovative approach to ESPC combines traditional energy saving engineering with international innovative Measurement and Verification technologies that help achieve faster return on investments on ESPC projects.

Matthew Winslow – Chief Operating Officer

Matthew Winslow possesses extensive experience in commercial real estate and project finance and has facilitated the installation of over 500 megawatts of solar developments. Matt is a wizard at developing tax equity investor financing for energy projects. Matt has a Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis in Supply Chain and Computer Science from Arizona State University and was a programmer engineer at Northrop Grumman before entering commercial solar development and energy efficiency 6 years ago.
